NATICK, Mass. - A Change of Responsibility Ceremony will be held in Hunter Auditorium on July 9 at 10 a.m. at the U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center, known locally as the Natick Labs.
During the ceremony, Brig. Gen. Craig A. Peterson will become the new Deputy Commanding General for Homeland Operations for the U.S. Army Soldier and Biological Chemical Command and senior mission commander/installation commander of the U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center. Also during the ceremony, Col. (Promotable) James Lewis Kennon will be frocked to Brigadier General and the Research, Development and Acquisition Enterprise will be disestablished.
Kennon will become the new Director, Logistics, Engineering and Security Assistance, J-4, U.S. Pacific Command, Camp H. M. Smith, Hawaii.
Peterson is currently serving as the Director of Integration, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-8, Washington, D.C.
