International Fiber Society Conference set for Oct.
NATICK, Mass. - The U.S. Army's Natick Soldier Center (NSRDEC) will host the International Fiber Society Conference on Oct. 16-18 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Natick, Mass.
Nanofibers, nanocomposite fibers, protective textiles, high-strength fibers, conductive fibers and fabrics, and military applications of textile technology are among the topics that will discussed during the two-and-a-half day conference.
Delegates from more than 20 countries will present leading-edge fiber-related research at the conference.
The objective of the Fiber Society is the advancement of scientific knowledge pertaining to fibers, fiber based products, and fibrous materials.
